DILUTION STEPS

1. Prepare

Pour the AS-8113 masterbatch into a clean mixing bucket.

Start the high-power electric mixer and stir for a while.

2. Add Water Slowly

Add water slowly while stirring continuously.

Slow addition is the key to a stable emulsion.

3. Emulsion Formation

After a period of stirring, the mixture will turn milky white.

This indicates that the emulsion is forming properly.

4. Adjust Consistency

When less water is added, the emulsion has good fluidity.

As more water is added (slowly), it becomes gradually thicker.
