🛠 Method of Application
- Dilution Ratio
The recommended dilution ratio is 1:10 to 1:20 (release agent : water).
Before dilution, ensure the original product is thoroughly mixed by inverting and shaking the container well. - First-Time Use
For initial application, mix 1 kg of release agent with 10 kg of water and stir gently until evenly dispersed.
Spray onto the mold surface from a distance of 40–50 cm using a fine mist. Apply a thin and even coating—less is more.
Allow the surface to dry completely before starting the molding process. - Spray Application Guidelines
It is recommended to use a spray gun with the following settings:- Nozzle size: 0.5 – 1.0 mm
- Air pressure: 30 – 40 PSI
- Liquid pressure: 5 – 10 PSI
FAQ:
1. What common problems do traditional release agents have in PU foam and rubber molding?
Many traditional release agents in the market contain mineral oil or unstable emulsions, which can lead to poor surface finish, mold contamination, and inconsistent release performance. In high-temperature processes such as HR foam and rubber vulcanization, these products may also cause buildup, smoking, or residue on molds, increasing maintenance costs and reducing production efficiency.
2. How does this product avoid mold fouling and residue buildup?
Unlike conventional oil-based release agents, this product uses a stable water-based formulation with excellent thermal stability. It provides a clean release without leaving sticky residues or carbonized deposits on the mold surface. This helps maintain long-term mold cleanliness and reduces the frequency of cleaning and downtime.
3. What makes this release agent more stable in production compared to ordinary products?
Many low-end emulsions in the market tend to separate or become unstable during storage or on-site dilution, leading to uneven spraying and inconsistent results. This product features a highly stable emulsion system that remains uniform even after dilution up to 10 times, ensuring consistent performance, reliable spray application, and stable demolding quality in mass production.
