Product Introduction
AS-933 is a specially formulated concrete release agent designed for precast concrete components such as PC (precast concrete) structures and partition wall panels.

• Suitable for steel molds, iron molds, wood molds, and aluminum molds.
• Eco-friendly: non-toxic, odorless, corrosion-resistant, and free from petroleum-based hazards.
• Ensures uniform color and smooth surface of the concrete after demolding, with minimal air bubbles.
• High dilution ratio with water: up to 6–12 times, making it cost-effective.
• Specification: Net weight 20kg/barrel.

Method of Application

1. Dilution Ratio: Mix with water at a ratio of 1:6 to 1:12 depending on the mold type. Stir well before diluting.
2. Usage Example: Add 1kg of AS-933 into 6–12kg of water, stir well, and apply using a sprayer.
   • Keep a spraying distance of 40–50cm. Apply a thin, even layer. Do not overspray.
3. After Spraying: Wait 5–10 minutes for proper absorption. If powder remains on the mold surface, slightly reduce the dilution ratio (e.g. 1:7 or 1:6).
4. Recommended Coverage: 15–20 m²/kg depending on mold surface conditions.

Attention to Construction

1. Before Spraying: Clean mold surface thoroughly. Ensure no residual cement, rust, or dust.
2. Proper Usage Guidelines:
   • Follow the recommended dilution ratios strictly.
   • Spray in small quantities and evenly.
   • Only pour concrete after the mold surface is completely dry.
3. Note: If mold appears untreated after spraying, do not worry. The release agent forms an invisible film that still performs effectively. You may test a small area before bulk production.
