Description
Product Description:
AS-6682E is a high-performance compound modifier featuring “polarity regulation – interfacial compatibilization – functional synergy.” It effectively solves key problems in TPEE, EVA, and nylon foam sole blending, including poor compatibility, mechanical imbalance, and unstable foaming.
Key Benefits:
🔹 Enhanced Compatibility for Uniform Foaming
- Forms hydrogen bonds with nylon (amide groups) and polar adsorption with TPEE (ester groups)
- Improves interface bridging among different polarity regions, preventing delamination
- Achieves uniform foam nucleation and pore density up to 650 pores/cm² with <5% large pores
🔹 Mechanical Strength Improvement
- Increases tensile strength by 15–25% (up to 15 MPa)
- Improves tear resistance by 20%, avoiding cracks at bends
- Enhances rebound rate (85–90%) and fatigue resistance (up to 80,000 cycles)
🔹 Optimized Foaming Process Stability
- Reduces melt viscosity and stabilizes foam expansion (1.8–3.5x)
- Ensures dimensional accuracy (±1%) and reduces water absorption by up to 20%
- Increases closed-cell rate from 60–70% to 80–90%
🔹 Surface & Environmental Resistance
- Reduces stickiness and friction coefficient by 10–15%
- Improves abrasion resistance (Taber wear loss drops from 0.08g to 0.05g/1000 rev)
- Maintains flexibility at -20°C and resists hydrolysis (retains 85% strength after 500h boiling)
Recommended Dosage:
- 2%–6% based on the total compound weight
- TPEE-rich blends: 2%–4%
- Nylon-rich blends: 4%–6%
- Excess use may cause surface blooming or reduced rigidity
Applications:
Sports shoe soles, casual footwear, high-performance foamed sole systems requiring excellent compatibility, elasticity, durability, and environmental resistance
