AOSILE AS-275 is a high-temperature emulsified silicone mold release agent specially designed for EVA foam molding. It features excellent lubricity, anti-carbon buildup, and superior mold protection, making it ideal for EVA injection midsoles, outsoles, slippers, and other EVA foam products.

🧪 Method of Application

• Dilute AS-275 with water at a ratio of 1:60–1:100 based on molding conditions.
• Apply with a spray gun or mechanical spraying device to coat mold surfaces evenly.
• Forms a uniform release film; no need to wipe.

• Storage Conditions: 10–25°C, keep sealed and avoid direct sunlight.
• Shelf Life: 12 months.
• Packaging: 20kg plastic drum / 200kg plastic drum.
