Product Introduction

• Specially developed for decorative concrete applications, particularly “clear water concrete”.
• Enhances the appearance of finished concrete, making it resemble high-grade marble or granite.
• Offers long-lasting mold protection and significantly extends mold lifespan.
• Suitable for long-cycle applications, compatible with steel, wood, and bamboo formworks.
• Ideal for architectural concrete, exposed walls, pre-stressed beams, U-beams, decorative panels, and tunnel linings.
• A single application allows for 3–6 mold releases.
• When combined with AS-8655 concrete release agent as a base coat, it can achieve over 20 repeat mold releases.
• Net Weight: 17 kg/barrel.

Product Performance

• Drying Time (25°C): Surface dry in ≤1 hour, full dry >24 hours.
• Release Efficiency: Easy mold separation, glossy stone-like finish on concrete surface.
• Concrete Adhesion: <2.0 g/m².
• Abrasion Resistance (500g weight, 500 rpm): <3 mg.
• Heat Resistance (CaOH at 80°C for 20h): No peeling or foaming.
• Salt Resistance (3% NaCl, >1h): No rust formation.

Method of Application

1. Thoroughly clean and dry the mold surface to remove cement paste, grease, rust, or dust.
2. Pour appropriate amount of A-13 into a clean, dry container.
3. Apply evenly in one direction using a soft brush or roller. Avoid overlapping and streaking. Recommended dosage: 15–20 m²/kg.
4. Let dry for at least 24 hours before pouring concrete.
5. If reapplying, ensure old coating is completely removed and mold is polished clean.

Attention to Construction

1. Keep away from water, acids, alkalis, and sharp objects to avoid hardening or contamination.
2. Keep container sealed. Do not mix unused product with used product to avoid quality issues.
3. If bubbles appear before drying, halt construction and resolve the issue.
4. In cold seasons, pre-warm product before use. Optimal brushing temperature: not below 8°C. High-temperature brushing may affect adhesion and release performance.
